This policy explains how the NexPaths website handles personal data during enquiries. When you submit the enquiry form on this website, its contents are forwarded to our email inbox via a third-party form service in order to respond to your enquiry.
When you contact us through the enquiry form or another official channel, this may include your name, contact details, nationality or residence, work and education background, company and shareholder details, pass needs, budget, rental requirements and other information you voluntarily provide. Do not send passports, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive files through the form or to an unverified account.
To respond to enquiries, assess needs, arrange partners, conduct identity and compliance checks, coordinate corporate, legal, employment or rental services, maintain communications and meet applicable legal obligations. We will not use data for unrelated purposes without notice.
Only as needed and appropriately authorised, to registered corporate service providers, partner lawyers, licensed employment agents, registered property professionals, banks or other relevant providers. We may also disclose data when lawfully required by authorities, regulators or law enforcement.
Form submissions on this website are processed by a third-party form service, which and some partners may process data outside Singapore. Review their privacy terms before submitting. We will take reasonable steps required by applicable law to provide a comparable standard of protection for overseas transfers.
Data is retained only as long as needed for services or legal, accounting and compliance purposes. Reasonable administrative, technical and access controls will apply. Data no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised.

For privacy enquiries, contact us through the website enquiry form. Under Singapore's PDPA, the operating organisation must designate at least one Data Protection Officer (DPO) and make the DPO's business contact public. These details will be completed once the operating organisation is confirmed.
